OK, time's up, iBurst.......

Does everybody in every area need to carry on like "Bursty-dude" to get iBurst to respond? I'm in Sunnyridge close to the water tower, my antenna were facing Isando, but the tower in Isando suddenly "died" about a month or so ago and I had to face the antenna towards Edenvale. If I face the antenna towards Bedfordview its even worse. Here is what I currently get with the antenna facing Edenvale.

And yes its even a pain in the butt to receive e-mail during the day. No its not Photoshopped.

Sometimes the "correct procedure" is a pure waste of time.
More than one whole year later since this thread was started and something might finally be done with the issues in this area thanks to Mel.

Mel has been in contact, but we will be cancelling the contract. The proposed solution from iBurst is not acceptable to us (6 metre high pole on roof), so we will be moving on soon.

Mel, I owe you for the effort and hard work you have put into this issue, but it is time to bid farewell after being customers for 13+ years.

I honestly have no more words for this. More than a year later and still essentially the same slow "speed".
Sorry iBurst, but there is nothing more you can do except smile and wave. Just smile and wave to the 13+ year long customers as we say goodbye.
