So my very first AIO CPU Cooler has been with me for very long. It's been super reliable over the years and followed me whenever I upgraded or changed my build however last few months it has been making very loud noises where the pump is sucking in air bubbles.

I moved it around and it gets a bit quieter for like 3 days then the noise comes back. Given that the cooler is anchient I decided to open it and see if I can refill it. Don't have proper coolant so the car radiator coolant in a 60 (water) / 20 (coolant) ratio will have to do for now until I can get a new cooler. Already seems rusted with original coolant and never opened.

Not sure how long it will last but for now it's working.

Just go air cooler, most air coolers can handle CPUs easily nowadays.

Indeed, and with it being a 120mm AIO, most modern air coolers (excluding the el cheapos) will beat it into submission.

At this point even the el-cheapos ;-) but I mean like R400 upwards
