It's mostly to do with smoothness, as well as low - mid range torque delivery. When you have the firing order spread out over 6 cylinders instead of 4 you can counterbalance them for a smoother engine.

Like @6spdmanual said its the smoothness and the torque, You would notice that the engine doesnt have to work has hard as a 4 cylinder thats why everyone loves the inline 6 on a BMW. The way is drive a E46 LCI inline 6 and then drive the E90 320i which was newer than the E46 and you will notice a night and day difference.

My 69/70 Datsun sunny1000 UTE. Very few in SA. I've personally seen 2 others only.

Not close to a Datsun 1200/Nissan 1400, this is smaller in size and almost nothing is interchangeable with a datsun 1200/nissan 1400.

Currently upgrading the diff to a 3.9 ratio out of a Nissan 1400 as you dont find brake slave cylinders anywhere.
Already has an A15 engine fitted, very fun little ride. Lots of other things have been done to it already, still a few small things to get it 100% roadworthy and safe again. Brakes were non existent when i got it.

Yes, but it's not necessarily specific to this guy, it is the general trend with such adverts, the posters are generally ill mannered, short tempered or both, I think there's another advert on this very thread where the poster exhibits the same tendency, I recall one in particular where the poster warned everyone not to ask him if the car is still available.
