Olympics Opening Ceremony Online

now it is dont see what the last few minutes have to do with olympics etc

The opening ceremonies don't always portray just the Olympics. Every event normally work in aspects of the culture from the hosting country.

EDIT: But it's getting a bit much.

I wish the Olympic Games Opening Ceremony would be less about the celebration of the hosting country and more about a celebration of sport.

Music and television history through the eras. It's more about the UK's history than anything else. Nothing about this so far has had much to do with the Olympics. The queen jumping out of a plane. Interpretative dance symbolising industriaisation. Scaring kids. etc.

It has been rather weak so far but this is a little better. More Mr Bean and music - less modern interpative dance and coma-inducing commentary, please...

Recent historical British culture isn't something I want to be reminded of.

Nor do the Brits by the looks of things. None of their supposed history has been portrayed accurately so far...

I will share my feelings about this opening ceremony later.

Opening ceremonies has become HS lately.

I didn't watch the first hour of the ceremony. I was at a braai.

What did i miss? Give it to me in 2 words.

He is.

The only enjoyable part thus far was the Rowan Atkinson bit. This is weak.

I loved the Mr Bean bit. That was when my interest was piqued a little. I'm getting bored schitless now though. I especially don't understand the point of the commentator, who because his audio isn't compressed and eq'd, is barely audible and muffled. He is also serving no real purpose apart from detracting from the supposed spectacle...

Why the hell is the French announcer speaking first and the English one second.

Isn't Britain English???

Well China was a hard act to follow. I hope it picks up. Im bored.
