Oneplus 6T

Yes, not sure about the T-mobile version though. Probably network locked...
when i bought my oneplus 3, the US version was not compatible with the LTE bands here. If the 6T is compatible will definitely order from the US

I have a 6, I'll probably wait for the 7 or later as the 6 alone is an excellent phone. I had a Note 8 before this so I have high standards when it comes to phones.

Anyone used geekbuying? Not sure if it's legit. But saw this...

Just remembered my dad's new wife is coming back from Spain in December.
Amazon Spain has the 8/128 for €579.
Duno why it has to be more expensive that price.
That's probably my best bet of getting a 6T.

The price is very similar when buying from Amazon India compared to Dollar price.
Anyone shipped from Amazon India? they have the A6010 model.
Be cautious when using Aramex address in India. Amazon India address requires a pin and last I read Aramex in India ignores that pin. So when your device is shipped to the Aramex global shopper address it's not accepted and returned.

so I currently have the oneplus 6t in my Cart on the Oneplus US website. signed up and got free shipping.
I currently have an Aramex address and a shipping address.

Am I looking for trouble going this route? Is there a way to check what Aramex will charge me for duties etc.?

So 7% for duties and 15% VAT is charged. Making it an effective 23.05% markup on dollar price.
Plus aramex shipping which is probably R200.
makes it not worth it.

$579 x 14.65 (Fnb rate) x 23.05% = 10437
Plus R200 shipping = R10637

You can't calculate customs, rather estimate and hope. It changes randomly unfortunately, even though there are rates that should be followed.

Well you're not going to get it cheaper. You have to pay vat and customs.
