Oneplus 7T and 7T Pro

So far so good. What I just noticed is the replacement batteries have OnePlus branding on them. Interesting.

Home with the device. Charging her up to 100%, we will see how it drains but given that this is no longer my default device it won't be easy to make a like for like comparison.

Fitment looks sound although there's a bit of dry glue and residue on the screen protector. Nothing that won't buff out.
whats the plans for the device now?

Really not sure. I don't need to sell it. It will make a very decent backup device.

Battery is performing as expected.

Running the phone barebone, no root, no debloat but minimal apps installed and importantly no Sims/mobile data (WiFi only) but battery life is fantastic.

On the used market I doubt I'd get much more than 4k for it.
Yeah I think similar. Although I am holding off upgrading until necessary.

I will need to replace the battery at some point also.

Well, I can confirm these batteries are the business. Very surprised and impressed at the performance.

I must reiterate though, the 7T Pro is no longer my default device. This performance was achieved running bare bones and importantly on WiFi only, no mobile cellular connectivity whatsoever.

All my 7T Pro needed was a new battery. The phone is back to its best.

Having said that, the OP12 is bloody fantastic! I'm loving it! Absolute powerhouse! I was expecting more from the camera if I'm being honest but other than that it has met and exceeded expectations...

Yeah I have no issues with mine, considering I am at a desk most of the time, not great battery life is manageable.

I am glad they have started putting out great phones again. But I did get my 7TP from Vodacom so unlikely I will go the import route for the next one.

7T Pro feels broken compared to the 12. It really does. Feels like it's running at 40hz.

I'm quite surprised.

I have a 7Pro and never hand that error. But I also don't use Podcast Addict.
wow not sure how you recognised podcast addict from that crop, well done.

its not localized to podcast addict. playing in my music app also fails with same error.
happens usually when I am playing audio on the car via BT and I get a call

It may sound a bit hand wavy but I'd suggest doing a backup and reset. I had poor battery life, phone didn't last a day and I was going to replace it I tried a hail Mary reset a year ago and it's been reliable since then. Bought it in 2019.
