Sorry to hear that, mine still works, however I have seen the front camera pop out by itself for no reason
 
Seems I will have to go to LineageOS is I want Android 13.

Just not in the mood to have to reinstall all my apps, and get all my customer authentication apps working.

My OnePlus 8t just received Android 13 and I finally feel like this phone has a new lease of life. Less buggy and smoother than any of the 2 previous versions.

Unfortunately, the 7/7T/7T Pro won't receive that update, even though the HW is more than capable from my point of view.

hardware is still great. just need o find someone trustworthy that can replace battery when the time comes

I tried 3 cell shops around me and none of them could get a replacement battery. Let me know if you eventually find a shop that is willing, because I'm definitely willing to pay to get mine back to full day battery.

anyone find a see through cover for the 7T Pro close to the original it comes with or how to get rid of the yellowness on the original?
 
Kodi nexus 20.0 runs beautifully on the phone.

Display settings have always required tweaking for Kodi to work IE refresh rate set to 60hz and display resolution set to fhd but nexus 20.0 seems to work out the box without altering any display settings.

Nice and responsive too.

depends where you live ofcourse but there should be a decent tech around to handle it. I have been asking around.

once in a while the front camera will pop up for nothing

I usually get my screen protector installed by Cellucity in a mall.

As for the pop up issue, I haven't experienced that issue yet.
