Here's a thread for all things online poker. Not a gambling thread per se, but no issues with discussing gambling.
What's your go-to poker app - online or other.
I'm a Pokerstars fan but haven't played in ages.
 
Does anyone have any insight into online poker sites and how they handle the deck? I assume it's considered standard practice to shuffle the deck when it's depleted rather than at every hand?

It’s obviously every hand, possibly changing continuously until the next card is revealed.

If I get the Kc in hand 1, someone else( or me, or the board, or the burnt) can get in hand 2

Poker stars canned alot of countries for quiet some time now, I use ggpoker they very good and works well in SA. Negreanu is the main guy behind GGPoker
 
I still use Silversands Poker. Not a lot of users anymore. I just like to play the weekly free rolls on there for fun

He ran poker stars to be one of the until poker stars said they no more longer supporting Canada, so he had no option to leave them and start something new.

They is alot of SA players playing on GGpoker and they have a similar game setup like poker stars.

Did you try out GGpoker?

I haven't played in many years but after seeing a poker clip yesterday I feel like playing again.

Those of you that tried GGpoker, did you have any problems withdrawing your winnings?
 
Careful with anything online gambling - as its illegal bank can and most likely will freeze any incoming payments

Poker has never seemed to grab me. Which is strange, because most gambling games have had their turn attracting too much of my attention (and money!)
Have I just never fully understood the rules? Or, is poker just not for all dobbel'ing degenerates?

I'm not going to post the ways this can be bypassed but a bank will flag and freeze any incoming gambling payments.
