As already sated, within the reference ranges so are okay.
IF you can find out:
(1) how far you are from the nearest optical node
(2) what technology is being used
(3) how many other persons are connected to the same fibre core
(4) How far you are from the last splitter point,
It will be possible to determine if the values you are getting are more or less correct.
