This is the first time i have ever heard of a complaint about Openweb products, are u sure the problem isnt your side?

That's why I am asking, I can use my account without the proxy (for local only) but as soon as I use the proxy, It's completely unusable.

And my settings haven't changed for the past 3months.

It does work!

Gnome, Openbrowse is working perfectly!

The only problem is that the local sites load instantly with the proxy disabled, but if you enable it the local sites take forever to load.

Internatinal over proxy works well. Its not lightning but it does work, pages take about 15-20 seconds to load.

So I think it has to be on your side, maybe authentication, but here in CPT it works fine

Anyway just wanted to ask, thanks!

Hey Gnome

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with OpenBrowse.

Please make sure: If you connect via a PPPoE (Dial-Up Type Broadband) connection...

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Tools - Internet Options
3. Connections
4. Where it say: Dial-Up and Virtual Network Settings" select the name of the PPPoE account you use to "dial-up" into your ADSL account.
5. Click Settings
6. And enter your proxy settings here.

I hope this helps. If not, we are always available via email - [email protected] or [email protected]

Warm regards
MrBEEP
