Opening a .qpw file

Good morning guys / girls

I just received a file with a .qpw extension.

Is there anyone that can open this file (i believe its a quatro file) as i dont have time to download conversion software..... i did download "XL97: File Conversion Wizard" but it does not want to open the file

Can somebody please help.... i'll throw in a few beers / ciders / jagermeister ? if you are in the PTA region. Yes, it's that urgent
