Openserve Activation

Im moving at the end of the month, the new complex had fibre pulled in about 2 weeks ago. Openserve map is dark purple but Cool Ideas saying Openserve doesnt have coverage.

How long does it take Openserve to activate the lines?

Openserve is Telkom so fibre tech does not work like copper lines. They just to go live and activate it, maybe just install a router in your block, but this is about the ISP.
Cool Ideas is an ISP so they should have insight on this, ask other ISP for this or simply on to the map and look for ISP's which will assist you, Cool Ideas seem to useless.
