Openserve fibre roll out time

Hi guys, if an area is under planned roll out for fibre on Openserves map, how long does it take for fibre to actually be rolled out? I stay in a populated areas and Telkom usually rolls out services in stages. So until they completed with the area not so far from me, they probably won't install fibre yet in my area. So how long does it take till fibre is rolled out?

In my case planned to live will take 20 months.

Well . . . in this case it depends how long is a piece of string ?

It is Telkom.
