Frogfoot fibre nightmare

My fibre has been down since Wednesday. Cool ideas informed me it’s due to fibre outage in the area. It’s now Saturday and the frog foot fibre line in my area still hasn’t been fixed. Genuinely curious as to what takes so long to fix the issue? Previously issues were usually fixed within a couple hours with other line service providers however frogfoot is nowhere near fixing the issue? Is this due to incompetence or is it that they just don’t care?
