Openserve + GHOSTFIBRE

Ahoy ye Broadbanders.

I am moving to a new location soon, currently with Afrihost and Openserve, no issues really. Saw this https://www.ghostfibre.com/about/ - AFAIK it's a sub project of WebSquad? Had Websquad during the Covid era, no issues, just Twitch CDN traffic being redirected via Brazil for some reason but I would assume its been fixed by now.

Any of you perhaps have experience with GhostFibre? Based in Pretoria. Their prices are a tad higher than just plain Afrihost but if I can shave off a few miliseconds to EU for games like BF1, BF6, etc. I'd gladly pay it. Or even better, have proper support when there is international routing issues and not get told "please connect your PC to your router with an internet cable" by some poor L1 techy reading a script.

Howdy, happy to give you a test account on Openserve for you to test. Still the same great team behind it all and we're just as noisy on MyBroadband as we've always been.

Cheers for the reply! Slight problem, it will be a "new" installation. The termination point is there, ready for use, but will need an ONT. So it will be "installation" and "activation".

Could I perhaps DM you for a test account for my current setup? I'd love to compare with Afrihost to EU

They will mark this as a new install. Not a problem though.
 
Can open serve users use test accounts? I am looking for a new ISP too, happy to test ;)
