OpenServe - how to escalate?

Dang, but it seems OpenServe has inherited Telkom's uselessness. My fibre install was completed this past weekend - unfortunately ended with the LOS LED blinking red. I've been hassling the guys, but till now, no resolution.

Is there a formal complaint channel or number or something for OpenServe?
 
I have been waiting for more than 10 days for a response from Openserve for availability of fibre in Clifton. Tried online form and follow-up telephone calls. Nothing seems to work. Maybe they just don't want the business!
 
I see the same guys that was driving the telkom bakkies now driving the openserve bakkies ?
