Openserve zero response ticketing system

Openserve's ticketing system is the worst ever. There are no responses or acknowledgement whatsover!

Clients want real-time updates and ETAs in this day and age as you well know that internet is an essential part of everything but nope as ISPs we have to fish out responses and updates from OS..

Totally unacceptable!

Openserve, please improve your systems and pull up your socks as we are not in the 90s era where it did not matter that it takes a week to resolve an internet issue.
