Hi,
Want to get battery backup for WiFi and OTN routers. Does anyone know if the Openserve fiber network remains available during load shedding?

Thx Wouter

From the comments I've read in the past, it appears Openserve remains solid during power outages. Not sure if always the case, but yeah.

For as long as their own battery backups last, yes. (Which will probably not be the case with Stage 5 / Stage 6 / Stage 7 / Stage 8 loadshedding, which may or may not start next week.)

Wouter, Yes, Open Serve in my experience is a lot better than Frogfoot wrt stability during loadshedding. I have been with OpenServe for years (Somerset West) and it had always stayed on during Loadshedding. Not so with Frogfoot - their service dies about 20 mins before loadshedding stops. (My router is on a Mecer inverter with deep cycle battery, and I have both Frogfoot and Openserve lines - Openserve a 10 Mbps backup at the moment), so can monitor when any of the services stop working.
