So Da Vinci is similar to discovery channel?
Or does it act differently?

I never watched Discovery channel a whole lot, but my impression is that it's what Discovery channel used to be. Infotainment. It's aimed mainly at kids.

There wild tv africa. Da vinci is awesome. Lots of stuff for both kids and adults. I tend to watch more than my daughter.
Theres the etoons channel as well.

going to be getting ovhd, mainly because my terrestrial aerial is falling apart and this seems like a much better option than getting another braaigrid one.

Yep, OVHD desperately needs some more channels, especially news channels like E tv's own Enca, now exclusively available on their competitor Dstv..

this really doesn't make sense to me, so ETV spend all the cash on a news channel, and multichoice pay them for the exclusive content?
