Hi,
We recently moved houses which resulted in reinstalling Openview. Originally there was already a satellite mounted on the roof, but we decided to take that one off and replace it with the one we always used for the Openview at the old house. We connected the cable to the satellite (which is currently positioned 68.5 degrees east) and turned on the TV. Whenever we try to scan for channels we get the message "Failed to tune to transponder" followed by the decoder not being able to find any channels.
Does someone perhaps have a possible solution to the problem?
Thank you,
Rikus Strydom
