OpenVPN Connect - MacOS

Has anyone possibly done a deployment of OpenVPN Connect to a network of MacOS machines where the VPN Profile was pre-populated in the installation?

I'm sure it's simply a case of needing to put the .ovpn in a particular folder before startup or even packaging it with the installer somehow, but I can't find any documentation for this anywhere.

Of course for Access Server they simply say the server will generate it, but that's not applicable on the CE version.

I'm afraid I know nothing about networking, but I set up OpenVPN on my Macbook using instructions from the Getflix website. There is a load of info on here using the different protocols, I don't know what you are looking for but maybe you can find what you need?

Oh no I can happily set it up manually.

I specifically want to do an auto deployment where a user wouldn’t need to lift a finger.

Thanks but sadly not. They also still point to the old Tunnelblick client we are already using.

I would like to implement the new OpenVPN Connect one.
