They advertise downloads for R60. When i click on the link it takes me to Openbrowse.

But under FAQ

And you probably didn't see the part says between 1700 hours Friday to 0700 hrs Monday it's open time, download is allowed. Which I will test this weekend.

Sure is downloads on weekends, didn't see that. Reason I didn't rant. lol

Looks like they advertise a R60 package on 192k, thought 384k was the lowest.

by using openbrowse;

you could have a 512K 10gig international for under R700 (telkom and 512k line rental + local cap + openbrowse for a 512k connection) and download over weekends to your hearts content- i would say not bad deal at all...

I used to use this package and it was an excellent service. I am happy with the vpn now that is why I am not using it anymore.
