I've cancelled and my account is still working. + I've only paid for 4mb gold uncapped but got my full line speed (10mb). Thanks to whoever I'm sharing an account with

Just be careful that they not still charging u. Few pages back a guy cancelled, didn't use the account again and then got a bill. Support came back and said someone with his name re-activated it. Just sayin

2meg AH business or axxess business. I moved from this rubbish 2 months ago to 10meg AH business I use about 500gb p/m no issues at all

Most likely just an authentication issue. Just contact their support.
Did the "switch off the modem" trick and it is authenticating again.
