I see you are getting phenomenal value on your account. You are our Top 1 user when it comes to bandwidth usage.

As per Leoni's message, the matter has been submitted to the upstream provider for investigation

I can just imagine... when you have got a wife and 2 girls constantly watching Hulu and Netflix and a son who lives online in his games, heheh... so I have to hear it when they cannot watch 720p...

MrBEEP, is Diablo 3 a priority on your gaming network? The reason why I am asking is because at 6am this morning it was running 100% now it lags badly... :(
 
Just wondering??? Anybody else had packet lost to international today?

We had it the whole day and it got so bad that the international websites did not want to open anymore.

+1 Had to switch to my backups.

And when there aren't any problems on the ISP side, my exchange decides to take a holiday. Can't catch a break it seems :(

Awesome, thanks, getting 220-240ms to EU servers and I reckon it could be 180-190 (Dota 2 pings have been this low on my Gold account). Looking forward to it.
 
CS GO priority would also be great if that can be implemented. It's basically all to Steam's own match making servers.

How long would the estimate "working on" time be? Its only been unplayable for the last 2 nights but during the day its fine.

& btw aren't we supposed to be unshaped over weekends?

No. Unshaped is not guaranteed over weekends.

It depends on how busy the network is at any given time.

Hello, I have a question.
If the network is busy, do all accounts get throttled, or does it start with the cheap accounts (eg Titan Uncapped).
