OpenWeb ADSL Feedback Thread (Pt2)

Leon:

Only data gathered from the OpenWeb control panel can be considered.

As we do not log usage stats or session data on uncapped by default, you may see multiple sessions, extra usage or other information on tools other than the OpenWeb tool.

I believe MrBEEP checked the account and could only find one active ADSL line connected to it.

Please request the clients who wish to have usage stats activated to email [email protected] so that we can move them to an account that supports this.

Please add: We purchase capacity from our supplier, not per account. I am not sure what the individual that keeps posting the same questions agenda is, but I see no point for OpenWeb to 'share' accounts.

I'm afraid we can no longer entertain your spamming.

If you consider him spamming because he keeps asking why none of you have answered his question then i dont know. U still havent clarified why u give a user that is having problems with multiple session on his account a new username and not a new password...

1. We are not monitoring usage. We are looking at two sessions for one account from different locations.

Working here... if all else fails you can always remove the clientregistery.blob (make sure steam is closed before this) and then see what happens when you reopen it.

No protocol or shaping changes have been made.

Can you please email us a tracert to the server you are experiencing issues on so that we can do some tests on our side.

Unfortunately I can't find any of the addresses for the EU hearthstone servers. Is there no way you guys can test it your side?

Everything else is working perfectly (after hours), and from what I've heard no one else is having an issue like mine. I've tried reinstalling the game and tested my firewall to see if that was part of the problem and it doesn't seem to be.

Hi guys,

I have been getting horrible latency last few days, my Afrihost account is sitting at 200ms for Diablo 3 while Openweb account sits at 700-3000ms.

Not impressed.
 
my open web have been awesome for the past 2 days
can stream 1080p downloads going full just all good :D

I cannot comment on behalf of MrBEEP, but I presume that because the client complained about not being able to see his correct stats, an account that logs and shows these would be more suited.

I see we also issued the client with a strong password, and an account that allows for the ability to change his own password. This his previous account did not allow.

So, what you're saying is that this functionality couldn't have been added to the original account?
 
Im afraid not.

That portion of the network has not been converted yet. We are working hard at this, but we are not quite there yet.

Apparently, Blizzard really is taking quite a knock! They should have us host their servers on our new Cloud network....I think I have said to much!

Negative, the client stated in this thread that they were not interested in stats, merely alarmed why there were two concurrent logins on his account. They stated, too, that they only asked for a password change, after MrBEEP offered a password change.

But a new account was given instead of what the client asked for.

Are you really telling us that the client's account was not password changeable?
