Sounds more like a line issue than OW's fault.
Lol your joking right?several people say the exact same thing over and over in this thread. I also use to be gold and saw no difference between my Gamers king and Gold account. So u saying everyone on here complaining about Gold has line issues. Definetly not openwebs fault they said, definetly your line they said

I was getting lag spikes in Lol so I decided to do an international speedtest only to find I'm getting timeouts to international servers either in the UK or US. Local speedtest is fine to CPT, but I'm sitting at between 80 and 120 ms to JHB.
Anyone else having issues?
yup can't even connect through OW having to use another ISP just to get email and on here
Weird. I can ping certain servers fine but other ones not. E.G. Gabarone works fine. UK either times out completely or freezes after testing download speed.
Are you just selecting London or are you selecting a specific server in London?
Sounds more like a line issue than OW's fault.
If I select London it defaults to the Vodafone UK server. That's the one I used.
During working hours, my OpenWeb 2mb Gamers King account always seems to run at 1/3 the capacity it achieves during the evening. This has been true since I started using the account around 6 months ago. For instance, my HTTP downloads will hit 170kbps around 9pm, whereas now they're ticking over at 45kpbs. I would have thought that the reverse would be true.
Noise on the line is currently (upstream / downstream):
SNR Margin (dB) 15.5 / 34
Line Attenuation (dB) 9.8 / 15.6
Any insight into why this is the case?
