OpenWeb ADSL Feedback Thread (Pt2)

I am having super latency on Guildwars 2 with a 8 Mbps Gamers king account. Yesterday during the day I was hitting a 13 second latency, and 3-6 seconds during the night. Tonight is better, but still sitting on 1-2 seconds at times. Needless to say that I was getting sub 400 ms latency on a different ISP account, and the standard answer from support around check with telkom, switch router off for 30 mins really did not go down well. Any idea when the network will recover?

hi, i am asking this again, been transferred to a new account by openweb but still same issue.

http://www.speedtest.net/result/3426436647.png

i have 2mb line with gold account. the speed test show good results for my line but when i download, the speed stays in the region of 60-80 KB/s...even if i factor out bits to bytes by 10, still this speed makes no sense. and i have tried this after 5, at 12am as well, same speeds.

is it my line, exchange, router or openweb??

Had the same back in the day when I used them, it's a routing issue on the account.

Are there still issue in the Western Cape? Struggling to watch youtube videos at 360p.
