Who has a 2mbps Business Uncapped Unshaped accouny?

How is gaming during office hours?

Can't speak for gaming but I've been temporarily upgraded to the Business Uncapped Unshaped until the end of the month (probably to try and retain my services as I've cancelled), and I'll tell you that right now - at this precise time - I cannot download anything via HTTP / port:80 and cannot connect to Steam.

Granted have only just opened a ticket now, but not a good preview for things to come.
 
i see on afrihost page one of the IPC's failed
on the business uncap (mtn)

i got 4mbps business from OW wiht a 6mbps line and i get good speed snappy and everyhing

but tonight (now) its a bit slower than normal,not slow slow,but i can feel that its not all 100%
 
Torrents are literally dead. Wont connect to any peers...... Gonna fire up that connection account.

Connection account working like a dream. No posts from any reps? What the heck is going on?

Cancellation sent in for termination of all my accounts. Openweb isn't what is used to be any more in terms of dedication to customers.

Uncapped, unshaped can only browse.. HTTP and torrents dead... as in 0kbps dead..

Capped account 100%, back to Uncapped Unshaped dead, back to capped 100%, back to Uncapped Unshaped - dead...

Uncapped, unshaped can still only browse. No HTTP or torrent downloads. FTP working intermittently.
 
Yeah, got a reply saying apparently there was a problem earlier but everything is now fixed. Waiting for GoT distro to finish then will switch back and see...

Mine is still the same...

Please remember to let me know... Really frustrated, its been an okay week or two now this...

Woah really? So it really got to them that people complained about the account sharing. We should move that to their facebook page where they can delete the posts.

Line is STILL down, no communication from Facebook, email or calling.

Hmmmm.... seems more like perhaps the embarrassment of being exposed is keeping the 4 man corporation away from the water cooler over here.
Either that, or mybroadband is being punished by their Sulk(tm) Department.

Whatever happens in OW support, stays in OW support!
