I'm an Openweb client and am somewhat concerned.

Being a noob regarding ISP mechanics and not having read the whole history here, could someone please explain to me what the problem is if an ISP shares uncapped accounts if said ISP rents a specific bandwidth, as opposed to individual accounts, from a supplier?

Me too. Just started about 15 min ago (Say 10am SA time).
Local sites as fast as ever - international totally down.

Need some help setting up SMPT server on my Outlook please. I receive mail from my webmail.co.za pop, but I can't get smtp to work? My User is a @mynetwork.co.za address and I believe I'm on a titan package.

Thinking of getting a Freedom account - What time is Open Web's after hours from. As it is capped during business hours and then the uncapped kicks in after hours. Apparently it is completely unshaped 24/7. Also is the weekend also considered after hours?

I'm having DNS issues with Open Web - certain sites load fine but others load partially or note at all. I'm using 8.8.8.8. Any ideas?
