OpenWeb and OpenBrowse

Yeah - I also have that problem. Local only access :(. Going to pm MR Beep.
 
Still no reply. I hope that when this is sorted out we are given some extra downloading time on openbrowse to make up for this.
 
According to my download program it went down sometime today at 1pm?
Anyone email Mr.Beep? I will do that on my cell now.
 
Cyberarmy - I sent a pm - He usually replies to those. Being Saturday I am not holding my breath for a quick relpy though.
 
Working now apparently telkom backbone problem. Still slow though.
 
Funny how it's always a Telkom Backbone problem only affecting Openrouter!

Have you tried to switch off your router for 10min and log back in again, that should do the job?
 
Can't do jack with OpenBrowse... pretty much not working
 
I think they've realized that openbrowse customers are too poor to go anywhere else.
 
Still at work now, my account was not working after the Telkom bakbone fault was resolved. Mr.Beep had reset my acc this morning and I will check tonight and see.

Feedback: Speed is fine now after Mr.Beep reset my account. Not the first time he had to do that, strange.

Don't you guys feel we are getting shafted cos of the time we loose out on for downloading ?
 
Mr Beep please reset all accounts or something. openbrowse is rubbish at the moment
 
Work internet was dead slow the whole day (international+local), Neotel corporate service. Not sure if there is problem with fibre somewhere?
