OpenWeb and OpenBrowse

I have given up, this issue will not be resolved any time soon it seems since there is NO 24/7 support.

I'm asking for a refund first thing tomorrow, what a wake up call to bad service.

Works fine, speed feels ok but its early days , but so far so good
 
I got sorted late this morning, so far everything seems to be running smooth, but I'm very sceptical if I'm going to renew with them.

Some very, very serious attention is needed in the support of OW, first of, 24-7 support.
 
Did openweb forgot to enable download for the weekend? I can't download anything at the moment.
 
If i recall, theres a signal that is auto sent to openrouter, if it doesnt reach it due to timout or summin, openrouter still thinks its in the week.

Try rebooting openrouter.
 
Hmm, actually I think my problem was with Giganews... I switched to Astraweb and I am back up to 384 KB/s
 
Restarted openrouter numerous times as my openrouter freeze when network is busy/slow. Restarted Billion router too but no change.

Cyberarmy - - I am experiencing a similar problem. My downloads do not work at all. I have experienced similar issues for the past 3 weeks and had to pm MrBeep for resolution. Its quite frustrating because we are supposed to be allowed downloading from Friday evening and usually this is only resolved my Sat afternoon which means we loose out on a lot of downlolading time.

Anyways good luck. I am waiting for a response from Mr Beep to my pm once again *sigh*.

My openbrowse is working now. Got a reply from Mr Beep.

This is an awesome product but a lot of times it isn't working when it should be and getting help quickly is a problem. Some 24/hr telephone support would be nice :D
 
Used the founders option for a few days and are very happy so far, for what you pay and what you get, smiles all the way. Hope it stay this way.
 
Bought the founders special but no international browsing. May sound stupid, but what is the OpenRouter software and where do I find it, do I have to change something on the router, in windows or must I do to get it working

Need help, bought a founders special option from you around the 3 of June, very happy and compliment your firm on this forum. BUT now my problem is

When I bought the openbrowse option nobody explain what to do when the 3gig international ends and the openbrowse option kicks in

Your supportline did not supply me with a username and password to use the openbrowse option.

Phone your helpline and they cannot transfer me to your admin office to optain the pass and username. Admin office is to busy and I must email them. Did that, no email back from admin, phone your supportline again and cannot speak to the admin people because they are busy. The gave me a Capetown number to phone but that number is not working, I phone your supportline again but this time it keeps ringing.

How is it possible to accept money from client and not do the basics like explain the openbrowse option (we not all computer fundis) and at least gave us the usernames and passwords that are needed.

Please I need my password and username and what else must I do to get it?
