Need help, bought a founders special option from you around the 3 of June, very happy and compliment your firm on this forum. BUT now my problem is
When I bought the openbrowse option nobody explain what to do when the 3gig international ends and the openbrowse option kicks in
Your supportline did not supply me with a username and password to use the openbrowse option.
Phone your helpline and they cannot transfer me to your admin office to optain the pass and username. Admin office is to busy and I must email them. Did that, no email back from admin, phone your supportline again and cannot speak to the admin people because they are busy. The gave me a Capetown number to phone but that number is not working, I phone your supportline again but this time it keeps ringing.
How is it possible to accept money from client and not do the basics like explain the openbrowse option (we not all computer fundis) and at least gave us the usernames and passwords that are needed.
Please I need my password and username and what else must I do to get it?
