As much as I wish that were the case, too, unfortunately this world is not an ideal place to our desires, but to physics: it is.. and the relevance of that is about to be extrapolated: law of conservation -- we have to accept sub-standard service if we pay less - quality doesn't come cheap ("you get what you pay for")... Of course it's crucial that we at least get the value that we pay for, and not be ripped off, but if you get more worth than you pay for, then someone else is actually making a lossOn that note... no we should not just accept sub-standard service because we're paying less
that's just how it is... well at least that's my understanding of the facts (even if I don't like some of the consequences thereof) - sooo, don't kill the messenger
