has anyone signed up for this service and what was the discount you received

I don't understand, if they are this corrupt and untrustworthy. Why aren't there any investigations done as to why they can even get away with a "business" like this?

Moved from OpenWeb to a cheaper Incredible Connection account and haven't looked back.

I'd rather pay triple than ever have to deal with Openweb again. They could offer accounts for free and I would never touch them with a barge pole.
