Openweb, have had issues for mare than a week, refuse to refund prorata due to none delivery of service,
firstly blame load shedding,,
second, sorry your selected package does not have an SLA.

Simple crooks, happy to pay for a service delivered, if you cannot deliver the service, don't take my money..

Openweb are absolute crooks. Years ago they would shape to 15KB/s and lie that it isn't. I have numerous emails with their "lead engineer" who would also deny that. Cancel your debit order, and choose literally any other ISP.

I had exactly the same experience, I signed up and delivery almost took 3 weeks got the SIM card eventually and the line speeds was so bad I couldn’t even stream (1mbps highest was maybe 4/5mbps). When asked for a refund seeing that it was literally a week that I “Tried” using the internet, trying to get hold of them, numerous calls no answer, numerous WhatsApp’s, mails etc. they told me about a SLA as well. They are the worst ISP to deal with Never ever sign up for anything with them.
