OpenWeb- Error 691.. Help Please?!

Hey guys

I am with OpenWeb and I am trying to connect through a PPPoE connection. I have re-created this PPPoE connection 3 times now and it will not connect. It connects on my PC but not on my laptop.

When I dial into my Polka account on my laptop it works, I have checked that the username and password for the OpenWeb account are correct about 5 times.. I do not know what do to..

Can anyone please help me with this issue, thanks.
 
What router do you have? I had this problem when I bridged the router but forgot to choose a LAN group.
 
Guys please I need help with this, I really need to use my OpenWeb account..
It is a PPPoE connection through WAN.. Both my Polka and OpenWeb accounts are.
The difference is that the Polka one connects and the OpenWeb one doesn't..
It always gets the error after this: 'Verifying Username and Password'
 
Why don't you try to contact Openweb Support (email)?

Can you not configure the account in your router instead of PPPoE dial up?
 
No, the router is set up in bridge mode to deal with two ISPs.. I just dial into the account i want to use..

I don't think it is OpenWebs problem, I can connect to the account on my main pc but not on my laptop.
