hey guys :D

have u noticed how shocking openwebs support is these days ?

they never answer there phones or replay to emails , takes them 1-2 days to replay to a simple email ticket and you have to love the late debit orders !!!

cmon guys , we pay for the service we expect it !!!!!!

ive always experienced great support... maybe they just under pressure at times with a number of clients they have?

i've never had problems with support from Openweb..

I get my passes and stuff real quick..

I have never had probs either. The one time i had to wait a day to receive a 30 gig local account I was upgraded to uncapped local as an apology for the delay :)

Ditto here. Applied for a account, had a question and emailed them, I've been waiting since Thursday already for a responce.

As far as I'm concirned, I'm getting me a new ISP

The late debit orders this month was a ABSA stuff-up.

Greetings

I'm currently taking the telephonic support calls today and handled the support calls last week, i cant recall any telephonic support calls thursday with regards to a new account that wasnt handled. unfortantly i dont handle the email side.

Regards

In the last two months since signing up with them I never had poor service from them. When I emailed them, they responded the same day as well and it wasnt way back when I applied, it was last week monday/tuesday!

So I praise their service...

Openweb FTW!!!!

:D

I've had my share of poor service in the past but it seems they've got their act together since then. I just plan well in advance now and take nothing to chance.

Must just add my opinion. OpenWeb is excellent. :)

well i hope it sort itself out soon :) or i will be going elswhere

just wonedering , is there a new openrouter version ? link ?
thanks for the response guys

Since I've signed up I haven't need to contact them, everything's just worked, can't ask for more than that:)
