I have sent 2 emails to openweb requesting my invoice : [email protected] and to Ben Greenwood. I am still waiting for a reply after 2 days
If someone from openweb is checking this forum out please forward me my invoice (40G local only plus openbrowse 192k) so i can pay you

I also never got mine. What I did was log into their client center and sent it. In case you didn't know you can log in: http://www3.openweb.co.za Then just request a new password and it will be sent to your email address. Then you can log in to check unpaid as well as old invoices.
 
Never got mine either (and it has not been mistaken for spam).
 
Defenite problem with our invoicing system.

Please email [email protected] urgently, and I will send the invoices to you guys!
 
Pls send to my email, so that I can personally send them out.

If anyone ever has such problems, please email me directly so that I can resolve the problem sooner rather than later.

Already sent one yesterday to admin@ but nada.
 
Perhaps also issues with your mail server, considering you claim you never received emails I sent to you previously (like last week)... Just a thought...
 
MrBeep it seems as though my thread has helped your business detect a major flaw that would have had a negative impact on your cash flow... I think that's worth a free month's service don't u think ;)
 
hehe.....i also sent emails that havent been replied to since sunday.....and i had to get my invoice from www3.openweb.co.za .........

btw: how close are we to seeing instant activation etc from openweb?

Our society needs more chancers, if we complained more often companies would realise its constructive criticism and we should be rewarded for saving them from themselves. It's the reason why Company Reps are on here because we asked and it's made a huge difference. They need us, but we don't always need them especially if there are others options.

My 0% tolerance for inept companies led me to leave Iburst for ADSL, and its the first trouble free month of my life online.
