OPenWeb Proxy and SOCKS

Hey guys.

I recently got my Details for the OpenWebZA Proxy and Socks, but I have no idea how to use it.

I am capped all the time but need internation bandwith to Mozilla FireFox, Mozilla Thunderbird and Skype. Please can you help me out. Im a total idiot.

The Proxy doesnt uncap you, if your capped you cant use it.
