A few months ago I ordered a 10MB home uncapped ADSL account from OpenWeb.
Since I got this account, I have been having terrible speed, barely getting 7.5MBPS to local sited even though my line works perfectly at 10MBPS with other providers.
Leon at OpenWeb support always replied saying "Account reset" and then the account would be slightly faster for a day and then it would slow down a lot again.
Today I discovered on the IS portal that this 10MB account that I have been paying for is actually throttled to 8192K. So Openweb is falsely advertising their products, thereby misleading the public.
Has anybody else encountered this? I think this calls for a complaint to ISPA!
