Same here Mr. Beep moved my account 4 times but still everything is so slow on my 2mb line IS really sucks.

Any alternatives, please?

I am having the same problem on my 2mb line. Only asked them about it tonight. Will see what happens.

A year later and they are still doing this!

On a 2MB line you're luck if you get half your linespeed! On SpeedTest.net all looks good but on all the other speed test sites the maximum download speed is 400Kb/s. Shame on you OpenWeb for taking me for a ride!
