Openweb Special.... with a dig at Afrihost!

Keoma Wright is the LAST one who should point any fingers at ANYONE's company. cant even answer is private emails. i inboxed him over a month ago and still no reply. typical. then he runs into the public threads i've made and claims he does answer me. which is BS. he is as useless as his empty promises and his useless company.

You see, now this could be classified as a personal attack.... let's see if it also disappears.... ;)

Agree totally... IS NS SUCKS!

I must be doing something right then. I have no troubles downloading most content at full line speed ...plus it's WAY cheaper on a 30Gig local account.

Admittedly I do have a SAIX local account as backup but mostly use that for BF2 gaming.

Nothing. I'm just surprised you haven't had better experiences with SAIX. SAIX is way better for me. I'm sure most would agree.
I guess content might be the key - my stuff is pretty mainstream and cached quickly.

Perhaps SAIX is better suited for anything with "midget" in the description? :p :D

Afrihost - not as easy to pay as WebAfrica.
WebAfrica has a nice interface & allows EFT.

I am still waiting for axxess to respond they have been mom about it all.
But that's no "SPECIAL" from openweb.

then u hear about the guys who got uncapped...:)
its a natural evolution of the internet user....add all your ISP costs togethere incl Telkom and you'll be surprised. Uncapped is the way to go man!

However, having used SAIX local over IS local, I have definitely always found SAIX a load faster than IS local. Thats a fact, so 25 or 30GB IS is as good as giving someone a white elephant for their living room. Whats really cool though is to see the ISP's starting to compete nicely, its really great. Afrihost will be the legendary ISP forever, the guys who pioneered the start of the resistance :)
However, as far as truly making internet the cheapest its ever been, that award goes to AXXESS. Unlimited international BW on a 4MB line you going easily be able to get usages of up to 200GB-800GB per month. Granted, it costs a little more, but oh my hell, no more worrying about switching ISP's, no more scavenging for small downloads and trying to prioritize what to take and what to get. No more stressing about going over your cap or shouting at the kids for abusing the line for gaming. Welcome to the world of HD, leave those crappy bad quality avi's :)
