So if I understand this right, I pay R98 / month, plus the telkom line rental, which will be R 158. But for now, while I'm on the 3 month promo, I will only pay R98 / month for the uncapped account?

No. Get a proper account if you want to torrent.

These kind of accounts gives you 0.1kb/s on torrents. Trust me, I tried it before.
