OpenWeb Uncapped Express Account

Well the problem, whatever it was, has at least been sorted out it seems. I got an e-mail from openweb giving me a new adsl account login, which has only one session logged in - mine.
I'm still not sure exactly what went wrong, but thanks to Keoma and the guys from openweb for sorting it out so quickly.
 
mmm.... one of you pm me the details, i want to compare... also pm me the details where i can go check this... If these accounts are being shared, i think i'm going to go chat with my lawyer! Also, I want the option to change the password when i choose without having to mail anybody... that should also help stop this sharing of my account!.(if it is shared!.)

Well, their explanation is that is was a "system" mistake, and since I have no reason not to, I am going to accept that they made a mistake, and then acted pretty quickly to fix it, (after hours even).:)
 
After reading this I went to go check up on my usage stats on the IS page, never having bothered to do so before as I use Netmeter. Now I enter the username and password that was given to me by Openweb when I joined but the IS page keeps telling me there is an error (incorrect password/username). What do you think is going on here, am I using the correct username/password, it is the same ones I use to log into Openweb?

Thanks MrBEEP, I found the problem. My password had been changed sometime ago after Telkom had somehow locked my DSLAM port. It is working now :)

But now I am checking my user stats and I see there are 2 sessions currently active? Also when I look at the total downloaded data it is DOUBLE what Netmeter shows I downloaded in January. The other months seem to be quite a bit off as well... Could that explain why I was getting dial up speeds the whole of January or am I misreading something here?

I have just changed your password to something a bit more hectic. This should get rid of any second connections, unless its an old connection still trying to cross over (not with John Edwards).
