Just got a email from the ceo Keoma wright giving me a new login working great now, great great service full speed ahead!

I thought there was a way you could change it, by changing the @ or something (which is one of the advantages of a gold account).

email keoma with your issue and ask him to change your backbone.

even on weekends his response time for 95% of the time is quite good.

Morning All

My speed is very slow this morning location Bellville, anyone with same experience?

Sent via CellC modem

Edit: OK now after rebooting router

EDIT:
Awesum just got a reply from openweb, getting a decent 76kBps now, but I think its more Telkoms fault than Open Webs.

No replies on my side.

I will mail you from my smartphone as my normal email seems to be screwy at the moment.

Sent to ceo@openweb and apologies for the sms style email.;)

Currently there's a hardware fault on the VB network, Engineer's attending. Email Keoma 5 minutes ago and got a reply quickly about why my download is so slow.

Hi, is there anyone that could perhaps explain the benefits of the various backbone's wrt latency, torrents & nzb's download speed?

Openweb just always pulls through, I really don't think anyone offers better service than they do. Must say I am incredibly happy with them.

Thanks for everything Openweb

Indeed. Now if only the VB backbone can come back from the dead

I must say that IS(with Openweb Gold) is a wonderful backbone when you have come from BCS.

Everything is faster and most importantly more stable.

Speedtest proves this.

Openweb rocks!

[-]Ok, now VB is really bad :(

Some feedback...

Internet is still buggy.... international isn't great at all, and at times local is bad as well. Hope it goes back to normal soon.

I honestly donno wtf is going on with my speeds. Getting ****tier speeds than I was with my 384k uncapped.
