Could someone please explain the whole moving backbones etc? I am paying for a Gold Uncapped service, and surely I should get the same experience as the next person paying for the same service?

Openweb have different suppliers so that if one has an issue you can get moved around till that issue is resolved. You don't want to be without internet because one supplier had their fibre cut by sanral now do you?

Thanks, makes perfect sense, and I appreciate the redundancy. Although the reason I ask, in my reply from ceo@openweb I was told my change from IS to Altech was now permanent. Sorry for the questions, just trying to gain a better understanding.

P.S. Afer being changed to Altech my speed issues have improved vastly.
