Don't know what happened but suddenly my account is running at full speed.

ah internet bliss today. Hmmm Keoma can't we keep running on sat3? things are soooo much better than with IS. full speed downloads, great streaming, very good latency and browsing is a pleasure. :)

If seacom is the problem why am I getting this on local:

my international pings are much lower than this (but throughput is equally bad).

I can't even notice that there is a Seacom problem. Everything is running full speed!
 
I Started a torrent on Sunday morning and left it going the whole day, and the whole night. I checked this morning and it had downloaded 1%

I assume the seacom cable is affecting me badly :(
 
I'm assuming everything that uses Seacom will be shaped... I'm not sure if VB use Seacom, but I somehow doubt it... but its useless for torrents.

My connection has remained at its July levels since Seacom went down... so I'm quite happy if it stays down till the end of October :p
