This is Bull, I have hardly any international access and I am meant to be on Open Web Gold! Last night I never had these issues, can't even chat to friends overseas.

Seriously guys, there isn't any ISP you're likely to get better customer service from than Openweb, especially not when dealing with MrBeep

Does this apply to the after hours uncapped too? though i have seen that usually after 7 i can get access for games etc.

Looks like I don't need openbrowse anymore. Mweb uncapped international is up again at close to full speed (4Mbps http).
