Sort of. The Gold Uncapped is the new network accounts on the new network. However, the idea was for the Standard Uncapped to also move to the new network, but it seems like this is going to be delayed by a few weeks.

Gold Uncapped - New Gold Network
Standard Uncapped - Standard New Network (different part of the new network. Gold will always be superior).

cant we get some more back bone info for example mweb, vodacom, mtn , IS or neology and connect ratios

i think a nice idea would also be to include back bone info on the product description like you did in the past with connect ratios.

if diff speed packages is on diff backbones please show us that out aswell

Well my Gold Uncapped 384k account is flying on my rapidshare downloads this morning and browsing while even downloading is loading quicker than it did in the past

The networks aren't throwing folks off according to my stats.

Perhaps you want to give Telkom a ring and have your line tested. Could be a line / router fault. 0800 375 375

Ok, given that everyone, or just about everyone, is experiencing issues on the IS network, what are our options exactly for the 1st June onwards?

I get the same 0.19MBs speeds during the day, everyday, my latency is high on the SGS servers, compared to other guys who have a ping of between 30 and 50 where mine is always over a 100.

I'm looking at the 4MB's uncapped option similar to Mweb as this seems to have the least problems. MrBEEP, as our ISP of choice, please give us the best possible recommendation as to what network we should run on!

Mr Beep reset my port and speeds did improve but alas back to poor speeds again as usual
