Openweb Uncapped Feedback

My experience with VB 4Mbps uncapped is: Speed test results are fine (JHB, London and Washington), but actual HTTP download speed is inconsistent, it shots up and down...
 
Doing some international test now, speeds to New York and Paris are virtually the same, with speeds of 0.11 and 0.14 respectively. Upload on the other hand appears to fine. Something doesn't appear to be right internationally with IS on my side it seems.
 
Openweb Gold, on IS and its ****ed and has been all day.

What else is new? IS is worse than incompetent.

I asked to be switched over at the end of last month but it seems like this did not happen.

Hmm my Gold 4mb VB is doing just over 512k speeds. Anyone else experiencing the same?
 
OK scrap that, cannot even open local sites let alone international, strangely the only sites that open is this one and Google.....

OK epic fail on my behalf MrBEEP, my brother had switched back to my Telkom account, didn't let me know, and I hit my cap! I wasn't even connected to OpenWeb LOL. My account is running hundreds....sorry man!
